Title:

TAC engineer
Responsible for the customer service experience with Hillstone.
# As 1st line TAC engineer, answer the hotlines and service requests from partners and customers.
# Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer service requests in collaboration with the 2nd line team, to ensure issue updates and resolution within SLAs.
# Provide expert technical training to partners and distributors
# Following of RMA process to ensure on time delivery

2-3 years working experience in Networking/Security fields.
# Fluent oral and written English/Spanish skills(Portuguese will be a plus).
# Strong problem-solving skills, customer service oriented.
# Technical foundation in networking and security (CCNP level knowledge or equivalent knowledge).
# Foundation of Linux command lines.
# Wireshark and other tools for TCP/IP packet capture analysis.
