Descripción del trabajo
As a Solution Owner within the LATAM Commercial Technology team, you will play a key role in enabling world-class digital and CRM solutions that support our commercial operations. This position focuses on ensuring seamless integration and optimization of platforms that drive sales effectiveness and commercial excellence across the region.
You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, designing end-to-end processes, and supporting the end-to-end implementation of solutions that connect front-end applications with back-end systems. This position requires leadership, a sense of ownership, a highly structured and solution-oriented approach, combined with advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate both simple and complex business needs into functional specifications.
You will operate in a dynamic environment, supporting strategic programs, projects, and initiatives. Ensure all requirements follow the demand management process and align with LATAM governance standards
Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to support design activities within Salesforce and Pitcher.
Ensure seamless integration between platforms and compliance with data governance and security standards
Validate user interface designs and user experience proposals, ensuring alignment with usability best practices and business objectives.
Prepare and review test cases, coordinate defect resolution, and validate final deployments.
Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure robust solutions are delivered.
Collaborate with solution integrators, external consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Ensure appropriate communication of project progress, changes, risks management, next steps and milestones to the BRMs
Assist the business during the tracking of benefits after projects implementation.
Strong communication and influence skills, logical thinking, good leadership and management skills, decision making and problem-solving abilities
Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
Strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership, senior technologists, and project managers to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions and measure delivery results
Outstanding English skills (B2 level minimum)
Project/Program and Portfolio Management experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
~8+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Solution Owner within CRM/Digital/Salesforce ecosystems.
~ Project/software development lifecycle experience.
~
Experience with the Salesforce CRM system
~
Experience with integrations and cloud-based business applications
~ Salesforce certifications are preferred.
~ Project Management certification is a plus.
