Puesto: Payments Partnership Manager (LATAM Markets)
About the role  This is a hands-on, commercially driven role focused on actively sourcing, identifying, and onboarding local payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, and banking partners within assigned LATAM markets to support high-volume, high-risk payment flows.

Actively source and identify local payment solutions, PSPs, acquirers, and banking partners within your assigned LATAM markets
Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, settlement terms, SLAs, and payment structures
Monitor and optimise PSP performance, approval rates, uptime, and escalation handling
Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure market readiness and regulatory alignment
Build strong, long-term relationships with payment partners to support scalable regional growth

Strong hands-on exposure to LATAM markets and local payment methods
~ Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial skills
~ Experience supporting high-risk industries (CFD, Forex, crypto, gaming) is a strong advantage
