We are looking for a skilled Functional QA Engineer with strong experience in manual testing within Digital platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related applications. The ideal candidate should be well‐versed in SDLC, defect management, API testing concepts, and Agile methodologies. Experience in retail or wholesale food distribution industries will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Digital Commerce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications.
Participate in requirements grooming sessions and review functional specifications.
Create, manage, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
Manage defects through the full bug lifecycle, ensuring accurate reporting, prioritization, and closure.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Contribute to release readiness and represent QA during sprint reviews and release sign‐offs.
Collaborate cross‐functionally to ensure completeness of testing across all dependent systems.
Required Skills (Must‐Have)
3+ years of Manual Testing experience in Digital platforms with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud
SDLC & Test Management
API Architecture (conceptual)
JIRA or any defect tracking tools
Agile methodology (Scrum)
Requirements grooming and release processes
Bug lifecycle management
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
Nice‐to‐Have Skills
Experience in the Retail or Wholesale Food Distribution industry.
Exposure to API / Automation tools such as:
ReadyAPI
Postman
Any other automation frameworks.
