Experience

Required:

· 5+ years of experience delivering solutions in Procure to Pay and technology functions

· Understanding Supply Chain principles and best practices.

· Experience working with and delivering capabilities across complex technical landscapes including SAP S4

HANA ( Material Management, BP - Vendor, Production planning and scheduling, Plaint Maintenance,P2P, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Security), RF gun and interfaces

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Industry certifications are a plus (SAP, ITIL, SCRUM, etc.)

· Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Responsibilities:

· Incident Management:
Ensure timely resolution of issues, drive critical incidents to completion, and maintain operational stability and compliance of incident SLAs.

· Supply Chain System Support:
Support, configure, and maintain Procure to Pay (PTP), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM) software solutions within S/4

HANA

· System Maintenance and Upgrades:
Oversee the maintenance and support upgrades of Supply chain systems to optimize performance and security.

· Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis:
Resolve complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective problem-solving techniques.

· Process Improvement:
Lead CI planning and execution efforts to optimize systems and processes.

· Enhancement Delivery:
Partner with key business resources to prioritize and deliver enhancement opportunities.

· Solution Design and Delivery:
Participate in the definition and analysis of opportunities, identify and propose solutions, and drive consensus on strategic and tactical initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Team up with key business partners to define system and process improvements, collaborate with project teams and business SMEs to ensure solution sustainability and process optimization, and provide input to IT functional roadmaps.

· Quality Assurance:
Ensure the quality development of business processes, functional and technical specifications, and solution test plans and scripts.

· Documentation and Knowledge Management:
Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation and standard operating procedures.

· Coordinate AMS Resources:
Effectively lead and optimize the utilization of our AMS (Application Management Services) resources to ensure optimal performance, compliance to SLAs, and cost-effectiveness.
