Virtual Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Virtual Patient Services Coordinator to support a U.based behavioral health organization focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health care. This is a non-clinical, administrative role that plays a critical part in the patient experience through scheduling, communication, and accurate system management.
You'll work closely with internal teams and providers in a fully remote, async-first environment, where clear documentation, proactive communication, and ownership are essential.
This role is ideal for someone with early experience in healthcare administration who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Support intake, rescheduling, and administrative follow-ups as needed.
Ensure all communications and documentation comply with HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards
Assist with internal reporting and data tracking to support operational visibility.
1–2 years of experience in a healthcare administrative or patient services
~ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
~ Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
~ Ability to work independently in a remote, async-first environment
~ Exposure to behavioral health or mental health settings strongly preferred
