Client Support Executive We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage account applications, handle client communications, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities Review and progress account applications to full sign-off according to internal procedures. Proactively request and verify client  proof of address documentation. Translate documentation as needed and liaise with KYC teams to expedite approvals. Handle client queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. Maintain clear communication with Operations, Account Management, and Business Development teams regarding key client updates.

Efficiently manage workflow in the CRM, balancing independent tasks with team objectives. Adapt communication across multiple platforms with cultural awareness and professionalism. Requirements Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.

Experience with CRM systems and client account management is a plus.
