Position Summary:

Primarily responsible for providing direct customer service, support analysis, and issue resolution. This role will be focused on partnering with the internal teams to resolve customer service needs through proactive customer interactions. This position plays a vital role in ensuring Total Customer Satisfaction through an efficient request resolution process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide effective issue resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to meet service levels and ensure follow-ups
Educate customers on products, services, and billing inquiries
Maintain professional communication and accurate data records
Meet KPIs and contribute to team performance goals

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s preferred)
1–3 years of experience in customer service or support roles
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
