Descripción del trabajo
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and executing people management strategies in Mexico, aligned with the organization’s goals.
This professional acts as a strategic partner to lead while fostering a healthy organizational culture, ensuring compliance with local labor legislation, and developing HR policies that positively impact talent attraction, retention, and development.

Training and Development
-Ensure compliance with labor regulations and promote company best practices besides company policies compliance.
-Support leadership in performance management, succession planning, training and development of the Mexico team.
-Assist management with the preparation of local job offers and employment contracts.
-Work closely with the HR team to ensure efficiency and team development.
-Promote engagement, integration, diversity, inclusion, and a strong organizational culture.
-Monitor HR indicators and propose data-driven improvements.
-Act as the main communication point between the company and employees.
Requirements:
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Leadership, or related areas is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR field.
Experience in HR structuring, organizational development, and strategic people management.
Fluent English is a must, Portuguese is a plus.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with performance evaluation tools, organizational climate assessments, and training programs.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
