We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Uruguay, Colombia, or Mexico to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong recruitment background and proven experience conducting competency-based interviews, with a solid understanding of how to assess skills, behaviors, and cultural fit through structured interview processes.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and a recruitment-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate follow-up.
Conduct competency-based interviews, ensuring consistent and structured evaluation of skills, behaviors, and cultural fit.
Conduct interviews in English and Spanish, accurately assessing candidates' language proficiency when required.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring priorities.
Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Prepare and share clear candidate assessments and hiring recommendations with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in recruitment and People systems, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition practices, interview frameworks, and recruitment processes.
Required Qualifications
Must-have
3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
Students or graduates from professional careers related to the field.
Advanced level of English, with the ability to conduct interviews in English and assess candidates' language proficiency.
Proven experience conducting competency-based interviews.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work aligned with UTC-3 business hours.
Nice to have
Experience working with Workday is a plus.
