Sales account manager
Remote: mexico

Sales manager and will have regular alignment with the mexico plant manager
Contract type:  local employment contract if in mexico

Our client is seeking a sales account manager with the drive, curiosity, and resilience to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial manufacturing environment. This role demands a self-motivated, commercially minded individual who refuses to take “no” for an answer — someone who combines a can-do attitude with a methodical, structured approach to deliver results as a sole contributor working remotely.
The ideal candidate will bring proven sales capability from the component manufacturing or finished goods sector, along with the technical understanding needed to navigate complex, solution-driven customer relationships. You’ll be part of a rapidly expanding international group where initiative, energy, and commercial insight directly shape business success. Experience:

minimum 5 years in b2b manufacturing, preferably in injection moulding
Bachelor’s or master’s degree.

Skills:

strong commercial and strategic instincts; advanced excel; crm familiarity.
Fluent in english; spanish is a plus.
High compliance: detail-oriented, quality- and process-focused.

A fast-growing, international manufacturing group is seeking a  high-energy, self reliant, entrepreneurial sales account manager  to support  business development  and manage key multinational clients across mexico and the americas region. This is a dynamic opportunity for a commercially savvy individual with a technical mindset to join a global team and drive real impact.
The ideal candidate will have a  background in injection moulding,  be confident working with international stakeholders, and enjoy combining strategy with hands-on execution. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented, cross-cultural environment—this role is for you.

Drive regional growth:  serve as the primary commercial contact and project lead.
Sales project leadership:  represent the commercial voice in multidisciplinary project teams. Influence decisions in areas such as quality, engineering, and logistics.
Market & data insight:  monitor sales performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Crm management:  track pipeline and activities using salesforce or similar crm tools.
Maintain close communication with the european sales leader and coordinate operationally with the mexico-based production site.
