This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Deep understanding of local consumer needs and insights; analyze competitive moves and understand key category dynamics by requesting research, analyzing data and defining business strategies.
Provide recommendations and solutions to improve the company’s sales and marketing approaches
Work in partnership with Commercial managers to develop solid commercial plans.
Propose, manage and control the marketing BME
Build and supervise consumer communication and e-commerce startegy to increase brand penetration

Strong analytical experience, ability to use data to develop breakthrough business strategies
Analytics and creativity—a balance of commercial and strategic acumen
Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills
Knowledge with Nielsen, Excel, Power Point

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Engineering
~3+ years' brand marketing experience
~ Fluent English
~ Experiencia en consumer goods industries
