About Us  Homma Talent is a specialized hospitality recruitment agency whose vision is to bridge the gap in the hospitality industry's labor shortage in the U.The Night Manager will support the daily operations of the front desk during the evening and night shift at a 4-star hotel in Key West. The Night Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Security Department and Night Audit in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with a safe and secure environment throughout their stay, and for protecting hotel guests, employees and the physical property of the company.
Audit and balance financial transactions for all F&B outlets and front desk operations, ensuring accuracy in revenue postings, room charges, and adjustments.
Advanced English is required.
Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software, with the ability to manage reports and operational data effectively.
Flexibility to work long and overnight shifts as needed.
