Finance Manager

Position Objective    Lead and manage the company’s financial strategy, ensuring proper resource allocation, tax compliance, cost control, and financial support for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual budget.
Analyze financial statements, costs, and profitability by business unit or project.
Oversee general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Manage cash flow and financial projections.
Ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Evaluate investments, operating costs, and optimization opportunities.
Manage relationships with banks and financial providers.
Implement internal controls and financial policies.
Lead and develop the accounting and finance team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in managerial finance roles.
Experience in automotive or metalworking industries (required).
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial planning.

Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and cash flow management.
Advanced Excel and ERP systems proficiency.
Intermediate to advanced English.
