Vice President, Team Operations

A global manufacturing organization with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and operational excellence is seeking a Vice President, Operations to help scale and optimize its manufacturing footprint.
This role is critical to how the organization runs day to day. You will lead operational strategy across manufacturing sites, designing smarter processes, improving systems, and ensuring teams, facilities, and workflows evolve alongside business growth. The ideal leader blends strategic vision with hands-on execution and thrives in complex, fast-paced production environments.

The Role
The Vice President, Operations drives efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Partnering closely with senior leadership and plant teams, you will strengthen operational frameworks, enable change, and build scalable systems that support quality, safety, cost, and delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plants (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
Improve production planning, throughput, quality, and cost control
Oversee systems, tools, and reporting to support operational visibility and decision-making
Lead change management initiatives tied to growth, automation, or operational transformation
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
Proven success leading multi-site or complex manufacturing operations
Strong background in process optimization, operational excellence, and change management

Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
