As part of our regional expansion, we are seeking a dedicated   Education Counsellor   based in Mexico to manage and grow student recruitment across Mexico and other Latin American markets.

Role Overview
The Education Counsellor will manage and convert student leads from Mexico and Latin American countries through digital platforms and counselling sessions. The role involves guiding students and parents toward suitable overseas education opportunities through ethical and professional advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert student leads received via digital platforms, calls, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
Provide accurate, ethical, and professional education counselling to students and parents.
Conduct online and in-person counselling sessions.
Advise students on study opportunities in   Australia, UK, Germany, USA, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand   , and other destinations.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure strong lead conversion.
Coordinate with internal application and admissions teams.
Support recruitment activities across Mexico and other Latin American countries.
Represent the company professionally in all communications and interactions.

Requirements
Minimum  1 year of experience   in the overseas education or international student recruitment industry (  mandatory  ).
Fluency in Spanish and English   (  mandatory  ).
Strong communication, counselling, and sales abilities.
Capability to manage leads independently and meet conversion targets.
Willingness to work with students from multiple Latin American countries.
Positive attitude and readiness to grow with an international organization.
