Position Overview

Senior Developers work with a team to implement and deliver high-quality software solutions. Senior Developers work with TAs, BAs, QAs, and other developers to define solutions and implement these solutions with a high degree of autonomy but know when to ask for help or collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise to clients to deliver maximum value
- Evaluate and contribute to the design of multiple components within a project
- Mentor less experienced engineers
- Contribute to staffing and talent acquisition activities
- Work on complex development tasks, making independent contributions to the project and ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices

Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in C++
- English Advanced is a must
- Focused on systems/software development for a high-performance platform
