We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Frontend Developer who thrives on building intuitive, high‐performance UI components and delivering frontend solutions that elevate user experience and platform efficiency. What You'll Do
Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) with advanced JavaScript engineering, focusing on component architecture, @wire data flow, event handling, and state management.
Build complex, form-driven UX in Lightning Experience that delights users and drives adoption.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications using Heroku, Mule Soft, and Apex callouts.
Implement secure and scalable solutions leveraging OAuth, REST APIs, Pub/Sub, CDC, and messaging queues.
Accelerate development with AI-powered tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or Windsurf.
Contribute to AI-driven Salesforce proof-of-concepts and innovation pilots.
Support Salesforce Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, and tooling (Copado, Gearset, Salesforce Dev Ops).
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in frontend software development.
5+ years of hands-on development on the  platform.
Active Salesforce Advanced Developer OR Platform Developer II Certification (must be verifiable).
Proven expertise in LWC, JavaScript, and modern frontend engineering.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for clean, scalable code.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
