Puesto: Accounting Intern (T&E)
Location:

Polanco, Mexico City

Schedule:

8 a.m. to 2 p.m., hybrid scheme
Net stipend: 9,000 MXN monthly
Hiring through:  PROBECARIOS agreement

What are we looking for:
Graduation date:
January–June 2026 (mandatory)
Advanced English (mandatory)
Student in the last semesters of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields
Intermediate Excel skills: formulas, basic functions, filters, pivot tables
Knowledge of general accounting
Knowledge of Office 365
Basic knowledge of an ERP: SAP / Oracle R12 (a plus, not mandatory)
Knowledge of Concur and OnBase (a plus, not mandatory)

Main Responsibilities:

Support the Director of Global Travel Services with ad hoc requests
Audit expense reports using the Oversight AI platform
Maintain the department’s Share Point
Administration and/or reporting of Corporate Cards
