About the Role
Are you ready to take your accounting expertise to the next level? Join us as a   Senior Accountant   and play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and supporting strategic decisions for our U.S. headquarters.

✅ What You’ll Do
Reconcile account balances   to ensure a smooth and timely monthly close process.
Manage   income, expenses, and commission tracking   for Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and other teams.
Analyze   monthly P&L and Balance Sheet variances   , delivering actionable insights and reports to senior U.S. management.
Ensure   financial accuracy and compliance   with U.S. GAAP and internal policies, meeting all reporting deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and support business growth.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational setting.
Strong knowledge of   U.S. GAAP   and financial reporting standards.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proactive approach.
Ability to work   on-site   in Mitikah, Mexico City.
