Why This Role Matters We're looking for a Remote Construction Estimator to support our expanding pipeline of renovation and construction projects across the U.S.This is an ideal opportunity for an international estimator with strong English communication skills, solid construction knowledge, and a sharp, analytical mindset. You'll be working closely with our U.S.

-based estimating team to develop accurate take-offs, pricing, and proposals — often with limited data — using logic, math, and visual reasoning.

What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Deliver accurate quantity take-offs using drawings, videos, photos, or limited descriptions - Apply logical reasoning and scaling references when dimensions are not exact - Produce well-documented estimates with clearly stated assumptions - Source reliable pricing for materials and labor that reflects current market conditions - Support bid accuracy through clear scopes and collaboration with internal teams

Key Responsibilities Quantity Take-Offs & Estimating
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs using drawings, videos, photos, or limited descriptions - Use logical reasoning and scaling references to estimate when dimensions aren't exact - Conduct manual "counting" tasks (e.g., bricks, tiles, fixtures) to develop precise quantities - Clearly document every assumption and calculation for internal transparency

Pricing & Vendor Outreach
- Source and verify pricing for materials and labor through:

- Internal cost databases - Online supplier research - Vendor or subcontractor communication (email/phone) - Request and review subcontractor quotes, ensuring scope accuracy and pricing consistency - Validate pricing assumptions against current market conditions

Proposal & Scope Support
- Draft clear, concise, and client-ready scope descriptions aligned with actual take-offs - Edit templates or boiler plates to match specific project conditions or selections - Collaborate with the estimating and project teams to ensure bid completeness and accuracy

Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with project managers and sales teams for missing field data or clarifications - Help define project scopes when formal SOWs are unavailable - Communicate fluently and professionally in English with U.S.
