Technical Project Specialist

The Euclid Chemical Company is a world leading manufacturer of products for the concrete and masonry construction industry.
We are currently looking for a Roofing Field Technical Specialist in the Mexico City area.

The Roofing Field Technical Specialist will assist the Sales Representative in making sales. preparing roof drawings and sketches
Assisting in determining regional requirements for codes and approvals
Detailed research, pre-call planning and strategizing in line with agreed Key Performance Indicators with current and new customers and sales teams, as required

Fluent in Spanish and English
Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards.
Possess basic understanding of infrared analysis or be willing to complete thermography training and become regional expert.
Must have a VISA
Safety Training or willingness to go through safety training
identifying, analyzing, resolving any problems, and preparing reports to owners, contractors or specifiers regarding the condition of roofs.

Monitoring Installation
Visits to project sites to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products for the purpose of determining whether the product is installed according to specification and meets Tremco warranty requirements. monitoring progress of the installation
identifying any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications
reviewing and resolving concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco’s installation instructions; and coordinating visits with contractors.
