Construction Opportunity Research Analyst
Full Time, Mexico City Area

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Oklahoma City Time Zone

However, candidates must be based in Mexico City, Mexico State, or nearby areas to support potential local team growth in the future.

We are looking for a fast, consistent, and detail-oriented bilingual construction opportunity research analyst to search, filter, and perform the initial qualification of construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with construction experience, preferably commercial painting or related trades, who is comfortable handling repetitive work while making daily decisions, works well independently, and can move quickly without losing accuracy.

The main focus of this role is identifying, filtering, and qualifying construction projects where commercial painting services can be offered, allowing the estimating team to focus only on real, high-potential opportunities. This role suits someone familiar with construction project platforms who enjoys high-volume work, follows processes consistently, and is open to both giving and receiving feedback while continuously improving performance.

Review and process a high volume of construction projects daily.
Monitor job opportunity emails and route information appropriately.
Experience in construction, construction support, or similar environments is strongly preferred.
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in commercial painting or related construction trades.

Reliable internet connection with a backup plan for outages.
Adequate equipment and screen space directly impact speed and efficiency, as this role requires working across multiple platforms and windows simultaneously.
