• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.
• Close sales by using excellent communication skills to meet customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow your customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to existing Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage the community outside the store to broaden the loyal customer base, including participation in off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

We’re hiring immediately! Whether you’re just starting out or bring years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay plus up to $16,000 a year in commissions if you hit all sales goals. Top performers can earn an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, for a total potential earnings of $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods (summer, fall holidays).
• Experience working in a commission‑based environment (even better).
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
