As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.

• Be a Team Member – Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicate and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service, be flexible to the needs of the business, maintain in‑stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert – Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipe measurements, work with variety of products, and uphold food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance and inventory management.
• Be a Techie – Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement, use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, training and product quality.
• Be an Owner – Drive performance of the bakery area, ensure quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, identify member needs, assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador – Advocate for the brand, value the member experience, model high‑quality service, interact with associates, identify roadblocks, train, develop, inspire, and build a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity, use the Open Door Policy, and apply related action plans.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations.

• 6 months’ experience in Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
