Server, Server​/Wait Staff

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is looking for a Server to deliver outstanding guest service and create memorable dining experiences.

Flynn Group is the world’s largest Applebee’s franchisee with over 460 restaurants across 24 states.

As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests’ first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, anticipate guest needs, and work efficiently while enjoying your shift.

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience meets Applebee’s standards.
• Take orders accurately, recommend menu items, and handle payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to control service flow.
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.

• Minimum age 18.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 4 hours).
• Lift up to 25 lbs.

Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods up to four (4) hours. Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds. Shift may include transporting plates, glasses, baskets to dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times. Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and use disinfection supplies throughout shift.
