we have operated as a non-profit food closet for over 40 years in the northeastern sacramento county area.
please make sure you read all the volunteer information on our website before signing up for a shift.
no court ordered community service-must apply using thislink
(if you sign up using this link, you will not receive credit for hours served)
you must submit a copy of your photo email address to to receive the link to complete the volunteer application before signing up for a shift. You will not be able to volunteer until an application and on file.
no same day shift sign ups pleasethe schedule is finalized at 8 pm the previous evening. If you are not signed up for a shift by then, you will not be added to the schedule. For the safety of our volunteers and clients, do not just show up for a shift without receiving confirmation you have been added to the schedule.

the sunrise christian food ministry will only be able to verify that you attended your shift if you sign-in/out.
