Human Resources Manager

Flowly Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our expanding team. This position would be a great fit for a candidate who enjoys strategic people management and hands-on office responsibilities. In this role, you will be the person in charge of California employment and labor compliance, payroll management, and daily administrative duties. We are looking for someone who can directly influence workplace stability and promote growth.

• Overseeing and managing all human resource programs such as recruitment, onboarding and employee performance management
• Administering protected leaves such as FMLA, disability accommodations, and workers' compensation claims
• Running payroll, approving employee timesheets and submitting payroll reports
• Managing employee benefits such as 401k plans and health insurance
• Completing workplace investigations and resolving employee complaints
• Ensuring full compliance with both federal and local employment policies
• Maintaining employee paperwork and personnel documents
• Hosting mandatory trainings and ensuring they are completed within the required timeframe
• Completing general office and administrative tasks

• Having extensive knowledge and understanding of HR practices and employment law
• An understanding of ISO or AS9100 is preferred but is not required
• Strong computer literacy and experience using payroll software
• Prior management experience in an HR setting
• Excellent communication skills to be able to coach employees and communicate with management

• Full Time, Monday through Friday schedule
• Standard office hours with room for flexibility
• Pay rate ranges from $40.00 to $45.00 per hour depending on experience
