Overview

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a BE/BC Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Sacramento, CA. This salaried position will, in two years, become a shareholder position. It is a single-location practice, and all hospital work is in a single facility well supported by in-house neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalists. The outpatient practice includes the support of a sophisticated multidisciplinary diabetes care team and a robust clinical research program in growth disorders and diabetes.

You will join a team of 3 pediatric endocrinologists, 2 advanced practitioners, and a multidisciplinary diabetes team, with dedicated research staff and an opportunity for an honorary faculty position in the local medical school. The group offers growth opportunities based on clinical practice and research interests.

• Provide pediatric endocrinology care in a hospital and outpatient setting within a single-location practice.
• Collaborate with in-house neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, hospitalists, and a multidisciplinary diabetes team.
• Engage in ongoing clinical research in growth disorders and diabetes.
• Participate in the group’s long-term growth and development opportunities, including potential academic collaboration.

• Board certified or Board eligible in Pediatrics; pediatric endocrinology certification as applicable.
