Salary £27,000 - £29,000 DOE plus commission, on-call & overtime (circa £1,000 per month)

Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Group Franchise Brands, Willow Pumps and Filta are also expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one‑stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.

• Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customers’ drains
• Operating high‑pressure water jetting equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
• Carrying out surveys
• Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
• Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and applications
• Communicating effectively with high‑profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Being part of an on‑call rota to service our clients 24/7/365 days a year

• High‑pressure water jetting and confined spaces experience
• Surveying experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in domestic & commercial drainage
• Excellent problem‑solving ability with sound technical knowledge
• Positive, flexible, can‑do attitude
• Desire to be part of a growing and progressive business
• Willingness to work some unsociable hours
• Full UK driving licence
• Must live in the Cirencester area
