This role is all about engaging with customers—no cold calling, just meaningful conversations with people who have already shown interest in our services.

• Answer calls from clients and direct them to the right department (Sales, Customer Service, or Retentions).
• Provide outstanding customer service, ask the right questions, and set clear expectations for call‑backs if needed.

• Call clients who have made an inquiry about Private Medical Insurance—no cold calling!
• Introduce them to our services and transfer them to a Sales Adviser.
• Earn £30‑£50 commission for every transferred call that converts into a sale!

Once you master this role, the opportunities don’t stop there! Whether you want to move into Sales, Customer Service, or another area of the business, we’ll support you in developing your career.

You’ll work on a 6‑week rotating shift pattern, including a mix of start times. Shifts range from 8 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays (9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM).
