Working as a primary contact for certain accounts. Upselling and reselling products to clients. Developing relationships with clients. Calling and emailing clients with latest deals and new products. Assisting with pricing and quotes. Keeping supplier information correct on the system. Hitting and Exceeding KPI's. Previous Experience and Required Skills for the Account Manager:
Ability to cross sell on the phone and over email. Able to build rapport with customers and have a high level of customer service. Previous experience in a similar position.
Experience with CRM's and PC Literate. Additional Information for the Account Manager:
