Hours of Work: 20 hours per weekyz Monday to Friday (Part‑time)

We’re looking for a confident and customer‑focused Farm Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role in supporting our farming members and shareholders, promoting agricultural products, and helping drive sales within the branch. • Champion agricultural sales and promote products and services.
• Design and deliver proactive sales campaigns.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with store teams and Head Office to align with member objectives.
• Support seasonal stock planning and product knowledge development.
• Manage customer databases, price lists, and order documentation.
• Attend sales meetings and share activity updates.

• Knowledge of farming and the agricultural/countryside marketplace (essential).
• Previous retail experience (desirable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong retail disciplines and a passion for customer service.
• Good IT skills and ability to manage systems accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards.
• Confidence, proactivity, and approachability with a flexible, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a customer‑focused sales environment.
