Farm Sales Coordinator – Mole Valley Farmers

Location: Cirencester

Contract: Permanent

Hours of Work: 20 hours per weekyz Monday to Friday (Part‑time)

We’re looking for a confident and customer‑focused Farm Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role in supporting our farming members and shareholders, promoting agricultural products, and helping drive sales within the branch. If you’re passionate about agriculture and enjoy working collaboratively, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion agricultural sales and promote products and services.
  • Design and deliver proactive sales campaigns.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with store teams and Head Office to align with member objectives.
  • Support seasonal stock planning and product knowledge development.
  • Manage customer databases, price lists, and order documentation.
  • Attend sales meetings and share activity updates.
About You
  • Knowledge of farming and the agricultural/countryside marketplace (essential).
  • Previous retail experience (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong retail disciplines and a passion for customer service.
  • Good IT skills and ability to manage systems accurately.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards.
  • Confidence, proactivity, and approachability with a flexible, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a customer‑focused sales environment.
