Growing IT / Network solutions provider is seeking a Network Support Engineer to join their team in Cirencester.

Location:

You’ll join a friendly and talented team in the Cirencester office on a full time basis.

About you:

• You have strong network support / network engineering experience
• You have experience of troubleshooting and fault resolution within a Juniper environment
• You have strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
• You have experience of managing 3rd party vendors and can push back when needed
• You’re have experience with a NOC environment
• You have great communication and customer service skills
