Key Responsibilities:
As Guest Service Manager, you will:
Lead and continuously improve the guest journey, delivering personalised experiences
Ensure seamless coordination across Guest Services, Housekeeping, Restaurant and Kitchen, Spa, and other departments
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
Analyse guest feedback and implement improvements to maintain excellence
