Job Description
On behalf of our client, a family-run Groundcare and Agricultural machinery business in Bibury, Gloucestershire. We are seeking a skilled Plant PDI Engineer. This role is perfect for an engineer with a solid background in engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrics who is ready to step into a key role. If you have experience working with Groundcare or small agricultural machinery, this could be a great next move.
As a Plant PDI Engineer, you’ll handle the assembly, inspection, and final checks on new machines before they reach clients. In this role, you’ll benefit from a structured training program with the manufacturer to help you advance your expertise.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Detail-oriented and proactive.
Mechanically skilled with a knack for problem-solving
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Familiar with machinery, ideally in the Groundcare, agricultural, or plant sectors.
PDI experience is a plus, but not essential.
