Parts Controller – Repair Centre – Cirencester GL7 | 45 hrs per week | OTE £34,600 per annum

As a Parts Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and profitability of the repair process. Working as part of an experienced team, you will be responsible for the procurement, management, and distribution of vehicle parts, paint, and materials, ensuring seamless workflow and maximum productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and order parts ensuring most cost effective solution (dealers OE, trade outlets OES, and salvage Green)
- Ensure all parts and materials are correctly allocated and costed for each job.
- Manage and maintain optimum stock levels for vehicle parts, paint, and consumables.
- Check incoming parts, allocate them to numbered bin locations, and maintain an organised storage system.
- Distribute parts efficiently to the workshop team, ensuring minimal delays.
- Maintain accurate stock records using the company's computerised stock system.
- Work closely with parts, reception and workshop teams to ensure timely parts order/delivery operational processes.
- Professionally handle parts-related queries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
