Salary: £24,570 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm)

About the Role:

Customer & Sales Support Administrator

In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering top‑notch customer service.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Managing data and processing documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quality‑checking applications to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Liaising with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve queries.
  • Handling customer service tasks, including updating records, processing policy documentation, and addressing general inquiries.
  • Keeping spreadsheets and data logs up to date with precise information.
What We’re Looking For
  • ✅ Experienced in administration (previous office experience is a plus, but full training is provided!)
  • ✅ Tech‑savvy – comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office tools.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
  • ✅ A multitasker – able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • ✅ A confident communicator – both on the phone and in writing.
  • ✅ A team player – positive, adaptable, and always ready to help.
