Acute Registered Nurse – Innovative Renal Care

Position Overview

The Acute Registered Nurse will provide high-quality dialysis and acute or post-acute care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The role focuses on patient safety, dignity, and effective interdisciplinary care.

• Assess and monitor dialysis patients in acute and post-acute settings.

• Execute dialysis protocols, emergency procedures, and advanced life support.

• Maintain patient rights, privacy, and a safe environment.

• Collaborate with the care team to plan and deliver care with supervisory direction.

• Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including at least 3 months in hemodialysis; 18 months preferred.
• Critical care (ICU/CCU) experience preferred.
• Home dialysis experience preferred.
• Current BLS and CPR certification.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

$30 – $55 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
