- What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or Communication Disorders
- Licensure: Valid Ohio license as required by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
- Experience: 2–4 years of clinical experience preferred, but not required
- What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in the home setting
- Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Educate and counsel patients and caregivers on communication techniques and strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Support program development and participate in interdisciplinary care and quality improvement initiatives
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
