Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) — PRN/Contingent, Paid Mileage. Coverage Area:
Ross, Fayette, Highland, Pickaway counties. National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area!

We are seeking a PTA who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

• Education:
  
  Associate Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy from an approved curriculum
• Experience:
  
  Two to four years' experience preferred.

• Medical & Rx (both PPO & HDHP w/HSA) – including coverage for Fertility
