• Compensation: $35 an hour
• Location: Pickaway Manor – 391 Clark Drive, Circleville, OH 43113
• Schedule: Part‑time, Saturday or Sunday
• Facility: Rivetus Rehabilitation – geriatric post‑acute community facility (serving since 1998)

• Provide occupational therapy treatments in accordance with established treatment plans under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and progression of patient treatment and modify treatment as necessary.
• Participate in patient care conferences and program development.
• Complete documentation consistent with policies, procedures and current standards of clinical practice.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for effective total patient care.
• Assist in discharge planning and provide patient/family instruction.
• Support team philosophy and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Provide OT treatments consistent with OTA professional and ethical standards.
• Maintain high quality medical record documentation.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary staff.
• Assist in discharge planning and provide instruction to patients/families.
• Perform all responsibilities of an OTA and supervise students/volunteers as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, families.
• Secure equipment and supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Ohio.

• Professional judgment and initiative in problem analysis and solution recommendation.
• Initiative and flexibility in the work environment.
• Ability to react effectively to patient and family needs.
• Physical ability to bend, position, transfer and lift patients weighing from 80 to over 300 pounds using recommended lifting devices.
