A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support and optimize foam-in-place injection molding processes for automotive interior components. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding or FIP. Key responsibilities include process development, new product support, and conducting mold validations. Applicants with automotive manufacturing backgrounds and knowledge of APQP and Six Sigma practices are preferred.

This position is based in Ohio.
