Electrical Project Control Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Project Control Engineer to support project scoping, engineering, design, and installation activities at our Circleville facility. This role will manage both new installations and modifications to existing processes and will involve leading complex, cross-disciplinary projects. The position requires close collaboration with contractors, operations, maintenance, vendors, purchasing, and EHS teams to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity

• Develop comprehensive project plans
  , including the ability to conceptualize systems and effectively communicate plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Define project scope, prepare scope documents, obtain engineering and construction bids, submit ACT requests, and oversee construction activities.
• Plan and coordinate system outages and support startup and commissioning activities.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Track and report project spending from initiation through commissioning, communicate cost trends, and proactively adjust to remain within approved authorization limits.
• Support diagnosis of operational issues and assist with maintenance troubleshooting as required.
• Oversee process control installations and improvements
  , including infrastructure, plant power distribution, and supporting systems within the Resin Plant.
• Develop and implement operating and training programs related to projects and enhance the technical capabilities of maintenance and operations personnel.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA PSM, TS16949
  , and environmental permitting requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology
  , or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with controls, DCS, and PLC systems
  .
• Hands‑on experience with Allen‑Bradley PLC programming and process instrumentation in an industrial environment (or strong willingness to learn).
• Experience with GE Proficy iFix SCADA, HMI, and historian software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a demonstrated capability to conceptualize complex systems.
