ENCON Equipment is hiring a Local Class A CDL Driver in Cincinnati to haul and deliver construction equipment to job sites across the region.

We're building the founding driver team for our new Cincinnati branch

Our drivers move the machines that keep construction projects running. Skid steers, Excavators, Telehandlers, Lifts. If you take pride in hauling iron, running a clean truck, and delivering equipment safely to real job sites, you'll fit right in here.

This is local work, hourly pay, overtime available, and home every day.

• Local deliveries. Home daily
• $30–$35 per hour plus overtime
• Flatbed and rollback trucks
• Hauling skid steers, mini excavators, lifts, and telehandlers
• Delivering to construction sites and contractors
• Consistent year-round work

Typical drivers earn $70,000–$90,000+ annually with overtime.

• Load, transport, and unload construction equipment
• Safely operate flatbed and rollback trucks
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Secure loads and transport equipment safely
• Deliver equipment on time to job sites
• Operate equipment during loading and unloading
• Complete delivery paperwork and logs

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years CDL driving experience
• Minimum 2 years hauling heavy equipment
• Experience loading and unloading equipment from trucks
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Professional attitude with customers and coworkers

• $30–$35 per hour
