Team Fishel, a reputable employer in the utility construction industry, is hiring in Cincinnati. We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking qualified Vacuum Truck Drivers/Operators with a Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License). This position supports our Foreman in executing new business contracts and focuses on safely loading, transporting construction equipment, and materials. Candidates should have construction experience, a clean driving record, and a strong focus on safety to ensure an accident-free work environment.

This role involves supporting projects within our Telecom Construction division and offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading utility construction team in Northeast Ohio.

• Valid CDL Class A License with Tanker Endorsements; limited travel required.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment physical/drug screening.

• Provide vacuum services following company policies and procedures.
• Operate hoses, tanks, and related equipment safely and effectively.
• Connect hoses to trucks and tanks for fluid extraction.
• Monitor fluid levels and other job site conditions.
• Document all work performed accurately.
• Maintain vehicle logs, inspection, and maintenance records.
• Apply problem-solving skills and safety awareness in daily tasks.
• Follow verbal and written instructions diligently.
• Present a professional company image at all times.

Prior construction experience and bilingual skills are a plus. Team Fishel provides on-the-job training to successful candidates.
