- Average drivers make $85,000 - $105,000+ a year
- Safety bonuses:
Up to $875 + PTO every 90 days - On-road bonus: $600 every 90 days
- Hiring bonus:
Up to $1,475 + PTO + orientation pay (depending on safety record) - Anniversary bonus: $100 per year of service
- Band pay on short hauls: $25–$35/load
- 100% no-touch, full truckload, dry van
- No NYC, Canada, or Mexico
- Additional Pay:
Hazmat premium (less than 2% of freight)
- Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL - 9 months tractor-trailer experience (6 months if teaming with an experienced driver)
- No DWIs in 7 years; ≤3 moving violations in 3 years
- No preventable DOT accidents in 3 years
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and HPE
- Weekly pay with practical mileage
- PTO every 60,000 miles
