The primary function of this position is to review domestic trips for feasibility, provide crew support and accomplish crew briefings, all while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards.

• Act as a liaison between Charter, Owner Services and Crews, ensuring appropriate communication and coordination between all groups.
• Special procedures such as DASSP, Event Notifications, Emergency Response Plan.
• Briefing of crew members on upcoming flights.
• Provide support functions for International Dispatch and Travel groups.
• Slots, TFR, ATC, Weather monitoring and advising when trips are affected along with a plan of action for those effected trips.
• Provides highest level of service and safety for all flight crews, owners and employees by accomplishing feasibility analysis.

• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License and EJM Operational Control required within one year of hire date.
• Prefer experience working in the FAR 91 /135 operations.
• Good computer / software skills required.
• A high school diploma is required, Two / four year college degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
