Stanton Millworks is looking for a CDL Delivery Driver who takes pride in reliability, care, and representing craftsmanship beyond the shop. As part of our team, you’ll safely deliver custom millwork to job sites, protect the quality of finished products, and play a critical role in keeping projects moving forward. - Operate a CDL‑required delivery truck in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Load, secure, transport, and unload millwork materials with care and precision
- Navigate active job sites safely while maintaining a professional presence
- Inspect millwork prior to loading and verify all items match delivery documentation
- Secure loads using straps, padding, tarps, or banding to prevent damage
- Deliver materials to the correct locations and unload safely and accurately
- Maintain a clean truck and hazard‑free work environment
- Assist with packaging to ensure damage‑free transport
- Stay on schedule to support production and installation timelines
- Communicate delivery updates or job‑site challenges to the production team
- Provide feedback to improve packaging, loading, and delivery processes

Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) — required.
- Clean driving record and strong history of safe driving.
- Ability to lift and move materials (typically 50–75 lbs).
- Ability to read, follow, and organize delivery tickets and schedules.
- Comfortable using GPS and basic mobile apps for routing and communication.
- Must be able to work outdoors and on active job sites in various conditions.
- Must be at least 18 years old (or CDL age requirement for your state).
