Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Overtime as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Warehouse Responsibilities- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Comfortable working at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Remain on the move, standing on your feet for extended periods and working overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments, such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call, as business needs dictate.
- Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles on routes with 10‑20 deliveries per day.
- Complete and maintain accurate records and logs, including driver’s logs, fuel purchase logs, and other records required by company policy and law.
- Make on‑time deliveries at customers’ locations while operating safely in all weather conditions.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle you’re driving each day.
- Operate a handheld device provided by the company and ensure all deliveries are fulfilled.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Collect payments from customers upon delivery of product.

Physical demands:
The employee must be qualified as to visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Team lifting or use of mechanical equipment is required for commercial tires. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline.
Equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for boots. Work environment may involve weather exposure, moderate noise, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 21 years or older (mandatory company policy).
- One year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck or semi) and satisfactory completion of the company road test by a qualified assessor.
- One year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record per company policy.
- Ability to be trained and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts; pass a forklift certification test.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Demonstrated quality customer service ability.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
- Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one per DOT/FMCSA guidelines during hiring.
